Useful information about our snooker tables and pool tables.

Snooker tables, pool tables come in various sizes. We manufacture our snooker tables in sizes from 6ft x 3ft up to full size which isreferred to as 12ft x 6ft. Your decision on the correct table size is based on your available room size. Pleasesee our useful section on this. All of our snooker tables play a full size ball of 2/1/6". 

Pool tables are normally manufatcured in a 6ft or 7ft size - 7ft x 4ft being the English league size, with a 2" ball size. American tables play a 2/1/4" ball size and have much bigger pockets. American pool tables are normally ordered in an 8ft or 9ft playing size.

A normal dining table has a dining height of around 30" from floor to dining top, now a snooker table has a playing height of arounf 34" in height so we make each snooker dining or pool dining table with a unique rise and fall mechanism. This system enables the user to adjust simply the height of the table from dining height to playing height - so there is no compromise! Caring for your snooker table or pool table 

Snooker and Pool Tables are very easy to maintain, just a few simple things to remember are outlined below.

Brushing the table regulary is the most important tip. Brush with the nap (smooth direction) of the table on Snooker tables and English pool tables, starting from the baulk end and brushin up to the black spot end.

The ironing of snooker tables or pool tables can also dramatically enhance the appearance, although these days the quality of the baize is so good that this would only need be done very occasionally. Same as brushing your table, ironing is sone from the baulk end in straight lines towards the black spot end. 

Try to brush in straight lines as possible, removing excess particles that may have built up on your snooker table or pool table. This is the most important part of mainatining snooker tables and pool tables.

Caring for the polished wooden ares is very easy. Our finish is extremely hard and will also maintain its appearance for many many years, therefore just a damp cloth to remove any dust from the surfaces.
