Foster’s are new 8-Pall Pool World Championship Sponser
For the first time the World Championship which takes place between June 29 and July 10 at Blackpool’s Imperial Hotel will be sponsored by brewing giants Scottish & Newcastle through their brand name, Foster’s.
Title holder Gareth Potts believes it is great news to have a sponsor as prestigious as Foster’s, and it can only help by increasing the profile of the sport. Potts has won the championship twice, both in 2005 and 2007, will he be able to keep his title this year? We shall see!
