Birmingham Billiards manufactured a snooker table for England captain John Terry
English professional footballer John Terry is captain of both his premiership club, Chelsea and of the English national team.
Terry captained Chelsea to the Champions league final against Manchester United in Moscow last night (21/05/08) The game played a full 90 minutes, 30 minutes extra time, and a penalty shoot out. Terry had the chance to win the shoot out and the game for Chelsea, but he failed to score his crucial penalty when his leg slipped as he struck the ball.
During the shoot out Manchester United’s first goal scorer Cristiano Ronaldo, was the first to miss his penalty. United went on to win the shoot out 6 -5.
Birmingham Billiards manufactured a hand crafted snooker table for John Terry to his required specifications that he now plays and practises on. Terry chose the Consort Table as per image above.
The Consort – Hand turned leg table available to be manufactured in all kiln dried selected hardwoods including solid mahogany, ash and oak. Available in 6ft, 7ft, 8ft, 9ft, 10ft and 12ft playing sizes.
It was a pleasure for everyone involved at Birmingham Billiards to work on John Terry’s snooker table and we wish him every success.
